Hardly the most eagerly anticipated CD re-release from Studio One, but I, for one, am damned pleased that
this album has be reissued in digital format.

Sugar Belly and his hand-made bamboo saxaphone are not likely to be everybody's cup of tea - but it sure sounds good to me. Jackie Mittoo lends a hand on many of the tracks, and the Sound Dimension provide solid backing for Sugar Belly's idiosyncratic warblings throughout.

I'm not totally sure if this is a straight reissue of the original album (the track listing suggests not - but is certainly erroneous anyway). File under 'eccentric'.
