SOUL JAZZ RECORDS
Soul Jazz have accepted responsibility for keeping the Studio One catalogue in the public eye (or should that be the public ear?) with their extensive and exclusive reissue programme. Check here for the latest news.

PRESSURE SOUNDS
Another superior reissue label. Great sounds, great graphics...

JAMAICAN LABEL ART
Very stylish and well designed site created by Mike Murphy and Ian Causer which is devoted to Jamaican label art and related ephemera. My favourites are the Trashed Labels...

ROOTS KNOTTY ROOTS
The most comprehensive discography of Jamaican music ever published - an attempt to document 30+ years of Jamaican musical history.

DUB VENDOR
The UK's premier mail order record store now has its own interactive web site. Searchable by artist, title and even rhythm.

DANCE CRASHER
Extensive archive site with sections devoted to articles and posters, singles charts, label illustrations, sound samples, and much else besides.

ROOTS ARCHIVE
Very well designed and useful website which concentrates on documenting Jamaican Roots Reggae Albums from 1970 to 1985. It includes informative label discographies, extensive sleeve and label illustrations, and artists' biographies, which is all tied together by a searchable database. The lively discussion forum is well worth a regular visit as are the reviews of current releases. Highly recommended.

JOHNNY SPENCER
I am not even going to attempt to describe this amazing site. Just go and take a look and explore for yourself... And be sure to check out the Studio 1 page for some rare and interesting labels.

www.WAILER.de
Everything you always wanted to know about the Wailers catalogue, including detailed information about each and every single released year on year (and sometimes month by month), as well as also including illustrations of rare album sleeves and labels.

LICK IT BACK
Jeremy Collingwood's site celebrating original Sound System technology from the 1950's to the 1970's. Features some lovely pics of vintage Boxes and Amps from classic Jamaican & UK Sound Systems.
